What data do we process and for how long?

- Professional identification data (e.g. last name, first name, job title, company, etc.) and contact details (e.g. professional email address and telephone number, etc.) are retained for the entire duration of the service provision, plus the applicable statutory limitation periods, which are generally 5 years.
- In cases where there is confusion between the name of your business entity and your personal name (e.g. self-employed individuals, very small businesses, etc.), economic and financial data (e.g. bank account number, verification code, etc.) are retained for the duration necessary for the transaction and billing and payment management, plus statutory limitation periods, which generally range from 5 to 10 years.
- Email address used for our commercial email prospecting campaigns is retained for a maximum period of 3 years from the date of our last contact with you.
- Email address used to receive our newsletter is retained until you unsubscribe from the newsletter.
- Geolocation data is retained for a maximum period of 2 months.
- Data contained in résumés (CVs) and cover letters is retained for the duration of the recruitment process and then for 2 years from the date of application.
- Statistical data relating to the viewing of our videos is anonymized and retained indefinitely.
- Connection data (e.g. logs, IP address, etc.) is retained for a period of 1 year.

Once the retention periods described above have expired, the deletion of your personal data is irreversible and we will no longer be able to provide it to you. At most, we may only retain anonymized data for statistical purposes.
Please also note that in the event of a dispute, we are required to retain all data concerning you for the entire duration of the case processing, even after the expiration of the retention periods described above.

We will respond to your request as soon as possible, within a maximum period of one month from receipt, unless the request is complex or repetitive, in which case the response time may be extended to a maximum of three months.

Who may have access to your data?
Your personal data may also be transferred to our IT service providers solely for the purpose of technically operating our service (e.g. data hosting providers).
